We all have moments in our lives when we feel down, oppressed, deeply uncertain or under great stress. Or maybe we’ve been carrying a deep issue with us for a very long time and it’s affecting every aspect of our lives.
My name is Antonella, and I’m a warm, honest and compassionate counsellor who can help you through difficult issues and life changes. I’m an Integrative and Humanistic Counsellor and member of the BACP working with both adults and young people face to face in central Exeter and by phone/online via Zoom.
I’m experienced in a wide variety of approaches to support you in understanding and working through your issues. The relationship with you, the client, is central to my work.

I offer face to face sessions at my practice in central Exeter easily reachable from Exmouth, Tiverton, Honiton, Newton Abbot and Crediton. I also offer online and phone sessions.
